Continuous Ambient Air Monitoring Instruments

We Baruch Technologies supply all types of air samplers and testing instruments for air pollution. Our air samplers and air pollution testing Instruments come with high quality and durability. We also provide calibration with NABL approved lab for the samplers and instruments.

-
  • 2 Million people die each year from breathing tiny particles and pollutants present in air.
  • PM 10, PM 2.5 and PM 1 can penetrate lungs and bloodstream causing heart disease, lung cancer, asthma etc.
  • We provide Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) for PM level monitoring in stacks.
  • We also undertake storage of stack data through our data loggers and upload data on servers as per CPCB and SPCB guidelines.

Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station

BR-CAAQMS-05 series is a simple modularization system and auxiliary system of air quality continuous monitoring based on compact outdoor temperature control system. The temperature control is designed for the entire monitoring system. It can be configured with a variety of monitoring factors which is in accordance with USA EPA standard measurement principle including O3, Sox, Nox, CO and VOC, PM10 and PM2.5, etc.

FINE PARTICULATE SAMPLER

Particulate air pollution is separated into three classifications; coarse, fine and ultrafine particles. Coarse particles have a diameter of between 10um and 2.5um and settle relatively quickly whereas fine (0.1 to 2.5um in diameter) and ultrafine (<0.1um in cliameter) particles remain in suspension for longer.

Our Fine Particulate Sampler Al-102 is precisely designed ambient air sampler for fine dust sampling. The Al-102 is a passive instrument for sampling fine particles (PM 2.5 fraction) and is based on impactor designs standardized by USEPA for ambient air quality monitoring. Ambient air enters the series samplers system through an Omni-directional inlet designed to provide a clean aerodynamic cut-point for particles greater then 10 microns. Particles in the air stream finer than 10micons proceed to a second impactor that has an aerodynamic cut-point at 2.5 microns. The air sample and fine particulates exiting from the PM 2.5 impactor are passed through a 46.2 mm diameter PTFE filter membrane that retains the fine particulate matter. The sampling rate of the system is held constant at 1 m3/hr (16.67 LPM) by a suitable critical orifice. For air flow measurement and flow totalisation of air passed through total sampling duration a dry gas meter is provided in the instrument that gives actual flow rate up to 0.0001 m3/min flow resolution.

Features

  • -PM10 and PM2.5 Impactors of sampler based on designs standardized by USEPA (United States Environment Protection Agency).
  • Separation of cabient into two sections ensures that temperature of PM 2.5 filter remains close to ambient temperature.
  • Brush-less pump with low noise.
  • Same instrument can be used for PM10 and PM2.5 sampling separately.
  • Lower sampling rate of 1m3/hr reduces filter choking even in areas having high FPM levels.
  • Critical Orifice maintains constant sampling rate of 1 m3/hour.
  • Compact and portable for convenient field operation.
  • Oil free pump with low noise.
